30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and help resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, personalized products, and certain restricted or hazardous products may not be eligible for return. Promotional or sale items may also be excluded unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you need a different product, the easiest option is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders delivered within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law and certain exceptions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
